Official Transcripts
Former and Current Students of Geneva College may order official transcripts online through the National Student Clearinghouse. A valid major credit card and an email account are required.
Unofficial Transcripts
Currently enrolled students may access unofficial transcripts in myGeneva. Once logged in to myGeneva, use the menu bar and select Student Information > Records > Transcript Requests.
Alumni & former Geneva College students may request unofficial transcripts by emailing the Registrar's Office at registrar@geneva.edu to initiate the process.
Geneva College Portage Learning transcripts are ONLY available for request from the Portage Learning Student Dashboard. For questions regarding transcript processing, email transcripts@portagelearning.edu or call 1-888-724-3590, opt. 3.
