Wear comfortable clothing (no jeans, please) and bring your headphones if you want to rock out. If you plan on using our lockers or showers, make sure to bring a lock, towel, and toiletries. That’s it!

Community health adjustment: Under normal circumstances, amenities like showers and lockers are open. But health and community guidelines have temporarily closed these amenities. Additionally, some communities require members to wear face masks for their workouts. Please contact your local club for guidance if you are unsure of your community’s guidelines.

Children as young as 13 years of age may exercise in our gyms but all guests under 15 years of age must have a parent or guardian accompany them. Teens 16 to 17 years of age can work out unaccompanied, but a parent or guardian’s signature is required at registration.

Each of our gyms have unique hours to give our members as many options as possible to schedule their workouts. Visit your local gym’s website or give us a call to confirm hours, notices, and amenities at 888-968-3481. YouFit Gyms may alter operation hours during holidays, if you are unsure, please call your local club or check out the signage around the gym!

Nope! Upon enrollment, all members are given documentation that outlines any and all charges, so there are no surprises. Membership materials can also be emailed. Just ask!

Unfortunately, we are unable to freeze personal training agreements. If you need to change your personal training agreement, please contact the manager of your local gym to find out if any other arrangements can be made.

Electronic banking is a secure way for you to make your payment. Setting up automatic payments through your bank account also limits the chances of late payments and fees.

If you do not have your banking information handy we can try to get it online, on your bank app, or by calling your bank. If we are still unable to get your banking information, we can set you up with other options including your credit card.

For new sign-ups and monthly dues, YouFit accepts automatic banking payments, Visa, American Express, or Discover. Master Card is accepted with limitations and can be used as a secondary payment option. All credit cards are accepted for recurring personal training sessions and purchases at the gym.

Absolutely. Your guest can join a group class simply by paying a $5.00 fee. The guest must follow all guest policies and present a photo ID. You are allowed a free guest each visit if you have a Premium+ membership. Premium and Premium+ members get 50% off guest passes.
